I have always had the heart and patience for taking care of others and making sure they are okay. Growing up, I had no idea what I was going to do as a career but shortly after I had my first son and my grandfather was diagnosed with dementia, I decided that I wanted my life to be filled with caring for others and comforting those who really need it. I am a chatty girl, I love hearing old stories. I have patience, I am never late, and I work hard. I have experience with medication management (filling up weekly medication containers with appropriate medication) and reminding the individual when to take it. I also have experience with taking care of others personal hygiene (helping set up the shower and lay out clothes that are needed, toenail and fingernail care, etc), light housekeeping, cooking and baking, meal preparation, and more. There are some things I cannot legally assist with but I make that known up front.
