I'm the oldest child of a homeschooling family of three. My biggest soft spot is kids, I love spending time with them and would love to get the opportunity to spend time with kids while working. I also don't mind helping out with other things around the house like light chores or errands! I have a drivers license and am comfortable driving kids. I spent the past two years of quarantine as a full time nanny and before that helped raise my two younger siblings while babysitting for friends of family.

Kaylee was very nice and responsive during the interview process. She accommodated our schedule change and commenced work several weeks early. After 5 days on the job, she texted us on a Saturday morning to say she did not think it was working due to behavioral issues with our son. I had spoken with her the evening before and asked whether any issues had arisen in her first week and she said she was still getting to the know the kids. We were very concerned to hear there were behavioral issues, and texted to tell her we took her concerns seriously. We called her, left a voicemail and texted her several times during the weekend, in the hope we could better understand the concerns. We also wanted to clarify if she was in fact quitting, and if her Saturday message was our "notice." Sadly, Kaylee refused to respond to any of our message or calls. We compensated her fully for the work that she did, at a rate of $24 per hour. We are extremely disappointed that she behaved so unprofessionally
