About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as funny, compassionate, and hardworking. I like working with kids because it gives me a different perspective and helps me learn how to strategize. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my academics and is good at communicating with me about schedules. I started working with kids when I was younger and began babysitting around 15. I have also worked as a lifeguard at a summer camp and have taken child development classes in high school. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, play lacrosse, hangout with friends and family, and travel. One thing you should know about me is that I am very hardworking and once a task is set into place I am determined to complete it the correct way even if it takes longer.
