Hi my name is Devony R. and I am 20 years old I am a full time college student but I am attending all my classes online due to covid. I just moved to Fort Myers from Broward county and there I worked as a nanny to a 7-year-old girl every weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Than I worked as a nanny for a 1-year-old little girl from 6 to 11 p.m. I would pick her up from daycare and bring her home and feed her and put her to bed. On occasion to help a friend out I also watched a 2 year little boy in the middle of the night from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. I have been babysitting for the past 5 years including my own little brother. I love arts and crafts swimming or any outdoor activities I used to play soccer and a few other sports. I can cook and and will make sure to keep your child entertained and busy and away from the TV. I also love pets as I have a 5-month-old French bulldog myself so if you have a pet its a bonus for me! Cant wait to hear from you!

Devony the baby whisperer! Our toddler is historically very shy around strangers but he instantly took to her. she had a great energy, interaction skills with toddlers, and kept him so busy and engaged the whole time that he never thought to crave screen time which I loved. she took him outside, sang, danced, colored, fed him, changed diapers, the works! we will definitely hire her again and she has our fullest recommendation for any other families looking for a babysitter in SW FL!

I am married with two grown children. In my pre-Florida life, I worked in Special Education at our local elementary school, primarily in Kindergarten & First grade. My last year there I led the second grade after school program which numbered 24 children on any given day. I loved the laughter, the smiles & the beautiful organized chaos that these children brought to my life 5 days a week. At that time I had three background checks, one required for my school district, which I had been with for 12 years, the second required by the state and DCF as well as the Care Check (still have this). I held an AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification & DMV background check. I am in the process of trying to get recert for AHA, but .. Covid. I also have twin experience. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. My starting rate is $30+/hr. (up to 2 children), increase of $2/hour for each additional child with a 4 hour/$100 minimum commitment & 24h cancellation policy/fee.

It's always hard to leave your little one, but Kelly truly made easier. Her positivity, attention to detail, and frequent updates left me and my fiancé feeling extremely reassured and satisfied with our choice. We were confident my son was having an awesome time! Kelly is the best. She was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her for every family.
