I am from Portland Oregon and was a babysitter and respite care provider there and am looking for part-time jobs in school here in Tempe! I love working with kids and am studying at ASU in hopes of becoming a Behavior Analyst for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have volunteer experience in ALC, ISC & SRC Special Education classrooms ages kindergarten through twelfth grade. I have been volunteering with TOPS soccer teaching children with developmental disabilities soccer since I was in the sixth grade. I started a Best Buddies program at my high school in Oregon and even created at Special Education Prom. I have worked as a teachers assistant for four years in a Structured Routine Center and love working with kids on the spectrum. I also worked at a summer camp for children with ASD as a caregiver and tutor. I look forward to meeting you!

We love Kate! She was always on time and very flexible on days and times. She always messaged me back right away. She would always go above and beyond with any Extra chores around the house while she was watching my daughter and son. She did exactly what I wanted her to do with my kids. I didn't want them watching tv and I wanted Kate to do activities with them, like help my daughter with learning phonics. They would also do arts and crafts and read to them. She was great with my kids and it is not easy with two little ones under the age of four. I know Kate would help any family with whatever types of needs they needed, I.e. cooking, cleaning, teaching. We will be using her again once she comes back for school in the fall. Thanks a million Kate and we look forward to seeing you again!
