About Katharine

I have 10+ years of experience working with children. I actually moved to CLT about 6 years ago with the Teach for America program where I taught 2nd grade. Growing up, I always babysat on the weekends and my first "official" job was working in a daycare after school. I went on to nanny for a family of 3 children and was a camp counselor for 8 weeks where, for one term, I was entrusted with the care of 5 7-year-olds, and for the other term, was responsible for 3 13-year-olds. I have experience working with children aged 3 mos. to 16 years-old and can assist with schoolwork, light travel and day-trips, and meal preparation. Additionally, I am very organized and detail-oriented, so I can assist with any household management responsibilities including light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, etc.
