The only negative thing I can say is that I wish care.com had a rating system with more than 5 stars! Needless to say, Katelyn was a life saver for our family during our quarantine and online learning experience throughout 2020-2021. We are working parents of elementary school-aged children and were having a hard time balancing work and school schedules. We were looking for someone to help facilitate online learning, managing the afternoon school schedule, and keeping the kids engaged and on task. Katelyn was a perfect fit! Our kids adore her, and she quickly became a part of our family as navigated through these unprecedented times. She is punctual, dependable, and consummately professional, but also knows how to keep the learning environment fun and engaging! She is particular adept at adapting to different personalities and learning styles. We are sad to see her go, but so excited for Katelyn as she embarks on a new chapter in her life!
