About Katelyn

My name is Katie and I'm a very experienced child care provider. I nannied for four years in high school, then moved to Perth, Western Australia when I was 18 to be an Au Pair for a family with four young children. It was the most amazing, profound experience filled with lots of self growth and solidified my passion for teaching elementary age children! During this year as an Au Pair, I prepared breakfast for the four children every morning, prepared their school lunches, made sure all their reading and homework was prepared for class, drove the four children to and from school and to their countless after school activities, helped them with their school work, prepared dinner for the entire family of six, and put the younger two girls to bed each night. That was a normal weekday's task list for me, but I also babysat for the family twice a week. I am currently a summer nanny for two children in the Minneapolis area.
