Hello, I'm Kate! I am currently working towards a masters degree in Elementary education and am passionate about working with children. I have 9 years of experience in childcare and have a strong understanding of child development and education. I am patient, caring, and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I am skilled in early literacy development, outdoor recreation, and engaging kids in activities that don't involve screen time. In my spare time, I enjoy backpacking, reading, and staying active.
