About Karen

Hi there! My name is Karen, or Kay. I am a Tufts University graduate (2019) and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling candidate at Regis College (2024). I am a certified personal trainer who has worked with individuals and groups of all ages and mental and physical capabilities. I am CPR certified. And I have also worked as a therapeutic mentor and therapeutic training and support staff with children ages 6-18. I have a vast amount of knowledge on how to teach, support, and mentor individuals and groups to becoming better versions of themselves. I adore working with children! I have experience babysitting kids as young as one, and as old as 19 - both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. I am patient, kind, and armed with the tools of play and expressive therapies. I am currently seeking full time employment that is flexible with my school schedule. I am looking forward to you working with you and your family!
