My family and I have worked with Kaoutar for the last five months. It is disheartening for our family to let her go as our nanny. She is wonderful and has become a part of our family very quickly. I have decided to stay home and take a break from my career to enjoy time with my daughter. There are so many wonderful characteristics about Kauotar that this letter may not due her and her work justice. The first time I met Kaoutar, I knew she would be my child's nanny. She has a warm and gentle disposition. She always shows up on time or early for that matter. She is professional, polished, kind, and flexible. Kauotar takes pride in her job and always goes above and beyond the set expectations. In so many capacities, my child is advanced and I attribute it to Kaoutar's knowledge of activities to develop fine and gross motor skills. She is passionate about development and has made a significant impact on my child. Honestly speaking, when hiring a caregiver, my biggest fear was that my child would love her nanny more than me. I state this because I know most moms feel the same way. My child loves Kaoutar, but she knows I'm her mommy. Kaoutar works hard to build an appropriate relationship with my child, but respects my role as her mom. I believe this is her best attribute as a nanny.
