About Kaitlyn

My skills include maintaining a schedule, creativity, and communication. I am very organized and work well with schedules, but I am also flexible if that's what's needed! I am a very creative person and love to express myself. I think this allows me to interact well with kids, providing them with support and comfort in being themselves. Similarly, due to my detail oriented nature, I excel in communicating with children and parents alike. Rest assured, I will keep you informed throughout the day (if desired). I have experience working with children and young adults with disabilities, so I am flexible and willing to try different things when something doesn't work or communication isn't effective. I am currently obtaining my Masters degree in counseling, so I am deeply empathetic and understanding of emotions and temperaments.
