We've known Julissa and her family for about three years and she has taken care of both our children separately several times (who are now a 3 yr old boy and an 18 month old girl). We trust her and her family deeply and both our children love her dearly and look forward to her visits. Having seen her interact with our children from their youngest ages, she has always been warm, loving, conscientious, careful and considerate with them. She has the intrinsic character of an excellent caregiver: simple skills like timeliness and good communication (in both English and Spanish, which are both fluent), and also higher-level skills such as her genuinely warm personality and role flexibility. She is a balanced and positive individual who is eager to add value and wise above her years. We are pleased to recommend her!
