About Julia

At Walker Therapeutic and Educational Programs, I worked with children between the ages of 5 and 13 years old who struggled behaviorally and mentally. I supported these children through their daily routines: I helped with meal prep, facilitating activities, getting them ready in the morning and before bed at night, and supported them through their difficult times. I was trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) as well as CPR certified. I also have experience nannying for a family of three children (ages 1, 3, and 5 years old). I took the children off the school bus, made them meals, did arts and crafts and other activities with them, and often put them to bed. I've been babysitting family and friends since I was in high school and have cared for children as young as a few months old and as many as 4 children at a time. I am an older sibling and have been surrounded by children my whole life!
