About Kailan

My name is Kailan, and I'm a highly experienced childcare provider. I hold a background in early childhood education, behavioral support, and psychology. I hold a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Social Work and Criminal Justice. I've worked with children of all ages in home and classroom settings. I've supported toddlers at Cushman Scott Children's Center in a Montessori-inspired environment, worked with children with autism at the New England Center for Children using ABA strategies, and interned at the Billerica House of Correction where I helped facilitate group therapy and support vulnerable individuals navigating life transitions. These roles have shaped me into someone who is calm under pressure, emotionally intuitive, and great at connecting with a wide range of personalities. I'm certified in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and Mental Health First Aid, and I bring empathy, structure, and creativity to every caregiving roll. I'm also comfortable in pet-friendly homes.
