I'd describe my personality as Bubbly, caring, patient, and I'm adaptable. I stay calm in situations and I reassure that I'm there to help and not to takeover. I like caring for seniors because they have lived busy lives but now they are in need of help. I like to listen to their stories and I love elderly because they are pure with great love for us. II started to help elderly ladies in my neighborhood as a teenager but I started professionally when I was in my thirties. Here in Florida I worked for a company for 15 years down on the east Coast area. Now I work for Firstlight Home care but I'd like to work local. One thing you should know is That I'm old school. This gives me advantages with elderly because I understand their ways of living. I'm responsible, trustworthy, and I'm there to tend to all their needs. My skills include great communication, attentive listening, and respecting the patient to do as much as they can do. I also believe I'm good at diffusing stressful situations.
