I have worked as director of production for a CEO. This title was given to me by him, but I went far beyond the normal requirements of the job because it was a start-up. As far as technical my duties were as followed; Contacted publishers to get new or improved content for customers. Worked with vendors to make sure that the necessary resources would be available to us at events to demonstrate our product to potential customers. In charge of making sure that any of the computer or video equipment that we were using at shows worked properly for the demos. Created many banners to highlight to costumers certain comics that we would be showcasing. Learned how to work with software so that I could make changes to the company website. On the website I would make sure that all files were correctly formatted, categorized, and rated. I also created videos showcasing certain comics for digital reviews by compiling images and audio together. In addition to all of this I took care of any needs in the office that were necessary for business to continue. Some of these duties included; getting food, responding to email or calls.
