I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have enjoyed getting to know kids through previous experience of 10+ years babysitting/nannying, teaching, and various other childcare settings. I have always loved being around children and have been fascinated by how they view and experience the world around them. I want to facilitate an environment in which your kids feel safe, able to learn, have fun, and feel loved. I don't mind doing light housework such as kid's laundry or dishes but primarily want to focus on your children and building a relationship with them and your family.

I have no reservations in recommending Josie as a nanny. Josie started caring for our baby when he was about six months old and continued to care for him until he was almost 1.5 years old. She also watched our four-year-old on days his preschool was out of session. Both of my kids love Josie. She is warm and competent. She often found creative ways to keep the kids not just entertained, but actually challenged and growing. I often had to work from home last year and hearing her interact with the kids confirmed to me that she was the right choice for our family. It was clear in her interactions that she loves kids and wasn't simply putting on an act. She didn't spend excessive time on her phone, but remained engaged with the kids and found creative solutions when things didn't go as planned.
