About Josie

I have been working with children since I was a sophomore in high school, along with having a younger brother who is eight years younger than me whom I would take care of often. Throughout my years in high school I worked with the recreation center of my town to host events for children such as craft nights and dances. I also volunteered at the local art studio and helped children oil paint and take their creativity to their highest potential. This summer I lived with and taught children from ages 8 to 17. I held the responsibilities of a counselor, where I would help the children wake up, go to bed and resolve any issues they were having; As well as working as the art specialist, where I solely planned, taught and organized art lessons for the children.
