About Jolie

I'm currently a senior at the University of California, Santa Barbara and will be graduating in the Spring of 2024 with a B. A. in Communication. Growing up I was the oldest out of all of my cousins and naturally took on the role of being a leadership figure to them while also being the go-to babysitter. In the past, I spent two years teaching youth swim lessons ranging from ages five to 12 both one on one and in groups. I also worked for the City of San Jose in their youth programs. I was responsible for coordinating games and activities while also creating a safe environment. Additionally, my CPR and First-Aid certification was recently renewed in July 2023. Throughout these opportunities, I gained experience regarding how to emotionally care for a child and how to make moments educational yet fun!
