Growing up, my mom ran a daycare at our house till I was 20 years old. I started watching the children by myself or with the help of my sister when I was 13 years old. Throughout the years we had babies as young as 3 months old to as old as 10 years. On top of that experience, I was an in-home Nanny the summer of 2007 for two young girls. I also helped out at my church's preschool when I came home from college for a couple of years. Since being on Care. com, I have worked for 5 families. Three families with children with special needs, specifically autism ranging from ages 3 to 14. The other two families were as needed or for date night, ages ranging from 9 months to 6 years old. And one family had two children that I watched together.
