About Thaisi

Caring for children is more than a job--it is my passion. My journey began volunteering with a4-month-old, and since then my interest in supporting children's growth and development has grown enormously. I believe assisting someone requires attention, organization, patience, and above all, love. When you truly enjoy what you do, everything in life improves. Over the years, I have worked with families, caring for children from infancy to early school age. Parents describe me as attentive, patient, reliable, and nurturing. I create a safe, structured, and joyful environment where children learn through reading, creative play, outdoor activities, and educational outings. To improve my work, I completed courses with Arlington Public Schools and the Virginia Infant & Toddler Specialist Network. My goal is to support each child with dedication and warmth--perhaps becoming your very own Mary Poppins at home.
