About Karissa

Hi! My name is Karissa, and I'm a Texas student studying on the pre-nursing track. I'm a caring, responsible, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them. I currently mentor and supervise children, help with educational and recreational activities, and work to create a positive environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I also have experience working in a family medical practice, which has strengthened my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to care for others. I am CPR and CNA certified, and I take safety and responsibility very seriously. I'm comfortable keeping children engaged through games, crafts, activities, and homework help while also maintaining routines and providing attentive care. I'm patient, organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
