I have to say that I'm very disappointed in this woman. She was hired to care for my father who has Dementia. She was great at first, until she started coming in a bit late, leaving at least 40-45 minutes early and switching her times without consulting me. But she still received her full check because I was unaware of this. Then she began to miss about a day a week with crazy excuses. I finally got fed up and let her go. Her excuse for the things she did was that her husband doesn't want her to work. I would not recommend this woman to anyone unless there is supervision in the home, because she comes and goes at her leisure when the family thinks she is there taking care of their loved one.
