About Jessie

Hello! I graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Grades Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in reading. I also hold my certification of instruction for English as a Second Language and am an online certified educator. I have been a third and fifth grade math and science teacher. I also have had ample experience working in ELA, which includes before school extensive reading clubs and a summer camp designed to grow struggling readers. I love working with kids and am excited to jump in at any stage of learning to help in their progression!
