About Jennifer
I am an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist, with most of my clientele being children and teens with special needs. For over 15 years, I have taught language, executive functioning, play, social, and life skills to kids with ADHD, Autism, CP, Pandas, and other diagnoses. In addition to doing private behavioral therapy, I have over 12 years experience as a private educator, homeschooling children with both developmental delays, and typical development who are in the general classroom. My strengths are learning intimately what the unique strengths and weaknesses, communication styles, and learning styles are of the individual student, and nurturing those skills in a safe space that offers empathy and warmth. I believe teaching children to love learning and to think critically is the greatest gift we can give them. I have excellent references, and parents love me for my unwavering patience (Truly - parents ask me how I do it. Nothing will get me to lose my cool.) and my warm nature.
