About Jena

I'd describe my personality as resilient, adaptable, and passionate! I like working with kids because they are so eager to grow and learn. They have so much curiosity! I'm looking for a job that is constantly changing, has new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow! My parents owned a therapeutic horseback riding center. We worked with all ages including those with special needs and mental health problems since I was 9 years old. In my spare time, I like to watch and work in theatre, listen to music, and learn new things. I am the youngest of my siblings but one of my older brothers has special needs so I am not a stranger to caretaking. That being said, I am a huge germaphobe and cannot convince myself to clean up vomit. My skills include having a big imagination and having compassion and empathy. I am CPR and First-Aid Certified!
