About Janet

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, kind and humble. I like working with kids because they are very curious, tender and how fun it is to be around them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to plan fun activities and play dates, walking distance parks and a regular schedule. I started working with kids 15 years ago when I started babysitting in my community and then I was recommended to work with a couple of diplomats with who I worked for about 10 years. In my spare time, I like to paint on canvas, go on long walks, reading and cooking. One thing you should know about me is I'm Spanish speaker and I would love to teach your kids my language and about my culture. I'm very flexible and communicative. My skills include assertive communication, gentle parenting and work on the specific needs of each kids.
