I hired Jaaziah for the week of Spring Break. Knowing it was just for a week, I really kept responsibilities to the bare minimum. I work from home and was able to observe how she was with my kids. She barely interacted with my kids. I would hear my kids have to repeat requests over and over and sometimes they were ignored. She would be in the same room with kids, but that was the extent. She definitely did not have experience with toddlers as she claims and I had to jump in and help way more than I should have had to. It left me wondering why I was paying someone to care for my kids when I still had to be involved in their care and had to clean up after the messes from the day. It was stressful. If you need a mother's helper, maybe she would be a good fit.
