About Isabel

Hi! My name is Isabel. I am a former Assistant Preschool Teacher and ABA Behavior Technician working as an aesthetician, hoping to take on some part-time work with children. I absolutely love working with kids, and have felt a huge hole in my life since leaving childcare. I have experience with children ages 18 months to 18 years, as well as with children on the autism spectrum. I have worked with high functioning kiddos as well as those with more severe challenges. A former student of art therapy and art education, I love to plan activities that help children discover their creative potential. I believe each child is an artist and take great joy in helping them find their creative voice! My time as an Assistant Preschool Teacher was in an outdoor preschool, the first school year I was there I helped attend children on hikes throughout the Wasatch Valley. I am comfortable helping children traverse the outdoors, and love watching them discover our strange and wild world!
