About Irlanda

Hello My Name is Irlanda I am 29 years old looking for work as a child care provider. I currently work as a Program manager for an after-school program of 70 kids at an elementary school that I manage ages from TK-5. Prior to that I was a Preschool teacher for a beginners classroom ages 2 and up. I've also worked as a respite provider for 2 years helping children with specials needs one on one. I've been babysitting and in the child care provider/teaching industry for over 15 years. I have a passion for child care and it warms my heart and truly makes me happy! I'd describe my personality as Charismatic , Creative , Hardworking I like working with kids because it truly makes me happy ! Seeing each milestone a child takes and watching them learn and grow each day truly warms my heart . I'm looking for a job that has set hours to provide a steady routine. One thing you should know about me is that I am reliable honest and extremely caring and also trustworthy.
