Heather was my team lead as a new nurse. She was one you can go to with questions, even when I asked many she was helpful and never made me feel like a burden. Heather is very knowledgeable about a wide spectrum of medical things and made sure our facility was up to code and all the "chores" such as checking supplies/Oxygen tank levels/masks/EKG testing was done daily. Heather recognizes good nursing and would let me know I'm appreciated (which is rare in the nurse world). Heather is truly one of a kind and an absolutely amazing nurse.
