An amazing caregiver who truly is devoted to her clients.

Jackie took care of my father for two years . She is extremely competent in her care. She was cognizant of my father’s changing needs and capabilities and altered her care to always keep him safe. 
    Besides her excellent care she is a wonderful person. Jackie was patient and caring and showed empathy and compassion at all times. She also helped my mother and became a part of their daily life. My parents always looked forward to when Jackie was coming and liked spending time with her. She became not only a trusted caretaker to them but also a respected friend . 
  

My family hired Jacqueline to care for my father who was in his 90s. She was with him for a number of years until he recently passed away.  Jacqueline was always there as scheduled and on time.  She was efficient and more than capable as a caregiver to my father.  She helped with daily tasks such as bathing , dressing, food preparation and light cleaning.  In addition to her professional excellence Jacqueline is a warm, caring, and empathetic person.  My father's mood would brighten whenever she arrived and he looked forward to seeing her.  Hiring Jacqueline was one of best decisions we made and with her help we were able to keep my father in his home until he passed away. I would 150% recommend Jacqueline.

Jackie is so fantastic!!  She has been caring for my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's, for the past year.

Jackie is competent, kind, she has a big heart and she is such a joy to be around.  She knows what she is doing and I would trust her with any member of my family.  She treats my mother-in-law respectfully and also helps us keep an eye on my father in law. 

Jackie is easy going, knowledgeable and respectful.  She is always on time, or early for shifts. And she has even been available last minute when other caregivers have called out.  

Additionally, she has been so careful with my mother-in-law.  My mother-in-law is not always on great footing and Jackie makes sure to always have a hand on her for physical as well as emotional purposes.  

Finally, dealing with someone with Alzheimer's tries the patience of even the most saintly person.  Jackie is so calm and reassuring to my mother in law.  She never gets ruffled, she always helps her self soothe and work through what she needs to work through.  

She is a joy to be around and I would be honored to hire her time and time again! 

Jacqueline reached out and messaged me wanting the job. We set up a time to talk and she replied saying she would call me. She never called and 1  1/2 hr later messaged me saying she didn't feel she was right for the job with an apology for the late message. No problem changing your mind, just be respectful letting me know by phone or messaging promptly.

Jackie takes wonderful care of my elderly mother! She is kind and caring and does a great job as a caregiver and a companion-we feel lucky to have her!

I hired Jacqueline to help out my parents 1x/week for the past few months - they aren't as mobile as they used to be and I live out of town, so I can't help out as much as I'd like. They were a little nervous at first because they didn't know what to expect, but Jacqueline has been a blessing to their lives. She's very reliable, understanding, friendly, and has immensely helped my parents maintain a cleaner and more comfortable household.

Worst care giver we ever had. Has severe anger management problems.

Jacqueline is a wonderful person and worker. She is on time, competent, efficient and very caring and pleasant. My parents like her very much and feel very comfortable with her care.
