I never want to write a bad review, but I feel the need to, to protect other families. Haylee quit on us without warning. We are both full-time working parents with a beautiful little boy, and we are expecting. As you can imagine, this has been very hard on our family. Haylee was scheduled to come in on a Friday morning. The night before she called out sick and that Saturday she quit with no warning. She said she was moving out of state with her mom due to the fact that her mom had suddenly accepted a job which would have her move out of state within a week. When asked if she could please help us at least a few times prior to leaving, we were told she rather do other things. Since then, Haylee has been active on the nanny site we found her on, and her information (location) has not changed. She is currently looking for jobs in Rhode Island weeks after she said she would have moved out of state. To simply put it, she lied to us. Simple honesty and notice go a long way. Livelihoods are greatly affected by poor, inconsiderate decisions. I hope no one has ever go through this. It has been very painful and stressful on our family, but this is what happens when you hire unprofessional people. Our lesson has been learned.
