I'm a professional nanny and postpartum doula, working with families since 2014. I'm an INA member with INA Nanny and Newborn Care Specialist certifications. I have experience with newborns through tweens, including overnights, nanny shares, and household-management roles.

My approach is rooted in RIE: be present, treat children as capable, and build routines that support emotional regulation and independence. My experience includes baby-led weaning, supporting sleep/ day to day routines, and household management.

Day to day, I keep things simple--play, fresh air, and steady rhythms. I love supporting language and curiosity through crafts, baby sign, outdoor time, classes, and playdates. I also handle errands, transportation, homework help, kitchen support, and general household flow. My background as a chef adds strong organization to food and home systems.

What matters most to me is that the home feels calm, the kids feel good, and the parents feel supported at the end of each day

Nicole was a wonderful nanny to our 7 month old baby boy. Their connection was very apparent from the beginning, and I felt at ease right away seeing how nurturing, playful and caring she was with him. As a first time mom, I was very nervous leaving him to go back to work. She immediately was able to provide support, resources and tips to make me feel more comfortable. She is very knowledgeable, communicative and professional, and cares deeply about the baby but also about the parents. She also helped us with some house chores, and cooked us some fantastic dinners, which made our lives easier. I would highly recommend working with her.

Nicole has been a full-time nanny with us since September and she's been wonderful! She's very proactive and has taken the initiative to help find and schedule activities for our 17-month-old. She's knowledgeable about child development and always finding and sharing resources when we've needed them. She's professional, communicative, and easy to work with and she goes the extra mile. 

Most importantly, our toddler really loves her, has learned a ton from her, and always has fun with her. We feel lucky and grateful to have found Nicole!

Nicole took incredible care of my five children (aged 6 weeks- 10 years) full time for 2.5 years. During the pandemic, she gracefully shifted into her new role as caretaker to all five kids at all times while one learned to walk and the other four took on distance learning. I do not know what we would have done without her. She's warm, loving, patient, reliable, and fun. We miss her all the time!

Nicole was with us from Aug 2021- Sept 2022. She was literally the perfect nanny. Both my husband and I had inflexible work schedules with long days and 2 little kids. 
Nicole was the 3rd parent in our household. She picked up my kids from their different schools, did morning drop off for summer camps, took them to swimming/gymnastics/etc, cooked a healthy and delicious dinner for us every night (she was a professional chef in a past career), did grocery shopping, re-organized our house and our kitchen, did the kids' laundry, transported my dog to and from the groomer, etc etc just to describe some of what she accomplished. 

She is naturally intuitive, and she anticipated everything we needed. Dirty clothes lying about that need dry cleaning? DONE without me even having to think about it. Magical. The saddest part of our move was that we were planning on keeping her with us forever until my kids were grown up, but career changes took us away. And it goes without saying, the kids LOVED her. They still ask about her all the time.

Nicole was a full time nanny to our five children from fall 2019 until summer 2021. She was able to pivot with ease when her job changed drastically as a result of the pandemic. With all the kids home all the time doing distance learning, she was supportive and graceful with all of them all the time. We love and miss Nicole and anyone would be lucky to have her!

We love Nicole! We hired her to nanny part-time for our 1-year-old daughter. She also watches our 3 year old from time to time. Our kids love her. She is fun, creative, trustworthy, and kind. In addition to being great with the kids, she is willing to help out around the house and especially good at preparing delicious, healthy meals that our kids actually like. She's also a master fort builder and dance party enthusiast! Now that both kids are in full-time preschool, we need less help but we hope to continue to have Nicole watch the kids whenever our schedules align.

Nicole worked for my family for several years when my two boys were adolescents, helping to keep my family on track while my husband and I were at work.  Each day, I would leave Nicole a detailed plan of the things I needed her to do, and she faithfully accomplished them. She drove the kids around to their music lessons and sports practices, walked the dog, did grocery shopping and other errands, folded laundry, unloaded the dishwasher and tidied the kitchen and she even cooked dinner for us.  Her background working as a chef was a great bonus.   My boys got along well with her and enjoyed her company.  We were sorry when she decided to move on to a family closer to her home who had a newborn baby.
