About Hayden

As a former competitive swimmer and kids' swim instructor, I'm no stranger to motivating kids to reach their goals or feel better about their performance. Motivating and helping others has always come naturally to me. In this way, I'm a very emotionally receptive and communicative person. This, in addition to my fascination with learning, makes both teaching and coaching a fun experience for me. Teaching and coaching are just one aspect of my constant drive to help people. I love kids and I love to provide for them as well, usually through cooking and generally making anything I can think of easier for them. Additionally, I'm a huge fan of exercise! If it's not hiking or working out, then hard, physical work is just as satisfying to me. My philosophy in this area has always been that the job isn't done until it's been done to the standards expected of me.
