About Phuong

I have been a nanny for 3-4years. I love caring for children, playing and teaching them. I have many older siblings with children, and I've been fortunate to get to take care of my nieces and nephews, it has given tremendous experiences with nannying. My background, I'm currently training to be a Health/Wellness Coach. I am also trained as a yoga instructor and Reiki Master. I like to incorporate my background and expertise in yoga and coaching into caring for children. I can teach kids to practice mindfulness to promote calmness, focus, and quiet times. I can coach and assist with homework or facilitate playtime to help with keeping children active. I can also coach breathwork, meditation, stretching, all are very beneficial in aiding me with child care. I have a lot of patience and attention to detail when caring for children.
