About Hayden

Hi! My name is Hayes and I am a local Preschool Teacher in Carmel, Indiana during the summer season. From the fall to spring, I am a full-time college student studying to be a high school social studies teacher, and a human rights lawyer. As a teacher, I have experience working with 5-10 kids at a time ages 0-5 and we have a blast. I use Montessori teaching styles and bring this into the babysitting role to let children become more independent, confident, and caring. Of course, rules are also incorporated such as bedtimes, mealtimes, and naptimes. I enjoy giving children the experience to experience the great outdoors of Indiana and am all up for taking them on trips to local parks, playgrounds, etc. As a former junior olympian swimmer, I can also teach children how to float and swim and would love to pass on this skill. I have experience as well with house pets such as dogs, cats, and fish. For parents, I do not mind helping with light housekeeping and light cooking.
