About Hallie

I recently graduated from Texas A&M University in the fall with a bachelors degree in elementary education. This summer I am back in the Dallas area before I begin my 3rd-grade teaching job in August. I have been volunteering with children's ministries and babysitting children of all ages for the past 8 years. In addition, I was a nanny for 3 children for over a year before starting college. I knew my love for caring for and educating children would be a big part of my life when I was in 8th grade and traveled to Guatemala on a mission trip to work with children. Since then I have sought out opportunities to encourage children as often as my studies would allow through other international mission trips and 2 summers as a Pine Cove Counselor and lifeguard (CPR certified). I am very responsible, always on time, detail oriented and have a heart for caring for others.
