About Hailey

Hi all! My name is Hailey and I have been a professional babysitter and nanny for over 8 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and am currently a student at Loyola School of Law and Loyola School of Social work getting a duel JD/MSW degree. I have previous experience with newborns all the way up to 21 years of age. I worked for years at a non-profit foster group home for teen moms in foster care and their children. Before that, I nannied full time for an adorable family with 3 children, all under the age of four (props to you mommas who manage all that 24/7). During high school, I worked at an after school program for elementary aged children. I have continued to stay involved with other programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. I am a hand-ons helper and have been trained with TBRI - an amazing way to reteach your mind how to meet a child at their level. My previous jobs have also included: bus driver, children's minister, fertility coach at a fertility clinic, etc.
