About Amy

Hi! I believe I would be a great fit for this position! I am looking for a part time position from mid-June to mid-July. My passion is working with kids to build their confidence and social and emotional skills. I love play/games and am calm during chaotic moments. Over my various babysitting jobs, I have learned to be firm about expectations while having fun when they are followed. I have worked with kids of many ages and know what to expect in their stages of development. My previous job was partnered with the Casa Grande Elementary School District to help create programming for school aged children and their families. There, I taught a course to middle schoolers about how to deal with the stress that they face. I last worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters. I am in school to become a school social worker at the University of Chicago and have worked in an elementary and middle school for the past year. Please consider me as your nanny!
