About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace and I am 22 years old. I grew up with two younger brothers and lots of younger cousins and family friends, all whom I've had to help babysit over the years. I also have lots of babysitting and nannying experience throughout the last 6 years ranging from 3 months old to 12 years old. I am graduating in a few weeks with a Bachelors in Communication Studies & Sociology, but I was previously a Human Development and Family Studies major, where I learned a lot about parent styles and related topics. I am a huge advocate for gentle approaches to teaching, parenting, and leading, with a big focus on empathy, self-trust & compassion, and patience.
