I am a private yoga instructor in the El Paso/Fort Bliss area. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years, voluntarily teaching for eight of those years, and professionally teaching for three. I am certified to teach trauma-informed, vinyasa, restorative, gentle, and tantra yoga. I offer one on one, couples, small group, and children's yoga. My yoga philosophy is yoga is for EVERY BODY. It does not matter your age, gender, race, level of flexibility, or range of motion. Yoga is a practice that unifies one's Self-mind, body, and spirit-with all that exists. Yoga reintroduces you to breath, body, and a calmed mind. Without shame, without fear, without guilt, yoga allows for space to become your truest Self within, and outside the body.
