For almost 2 years now, Franchezka has been our full time nanny for my 3 children (8yrs, 4yrs, 2yrs). I cannot say enough about Franchezka, I have not known a more intelligent, more energetic, more creative, and just over better person in my life. She had the kids on a great schedule and always made time for reading, creative play, physical activities, and daily housekeeping tasks, all while also teaching them Spanish. She is also wonderfully patient and empathetic. She did not get stressed or overwhelmed in situations where it would be totally normal to get that way, she maintained a cool, calm and collected manner when dealing with the children. She would talk to me about situations that arose where she wanted to make sure we were on the same page with how to handle things. Her communication skills are exceptional. She kept our household running and honestly has the ability to run a large corporation. If you are lucky enough to get the chance to have Franchezka watch your children at any point, I would not pass up the opportunity.
