About Francesca

I was a college athlete and grew up in a family where all my siblings played multiple sports. My experience as a college soccer player, coupled with my extensive training background, I have been able to help mentor soccer training sessions for younger girls, and I've even helped younger kids with weight lift training. Additionally, my years of speed, agility, and strength training equip me with the knowledge of good training. I have lot's of experience and a passion for soccer and fitness.
