Fernanda seems like a very sweet young girl which is why I was excited to have her come to our house and gave her 3 starts. We made an appointment for her to come and she never showed up. I called and texted her and she never got back to me. She might have had a family emergency, which could explain it but I still haven't heard back from her. Just a quick text saying she couldn't make it would have been much more respectful and professional.
