We had a great experience working with Felicia! Felicia was a part-time nanny for our 3 year old daughter for two months when we had a gap in child care. From Felicia's first day, our daughter (who is often slow to warm up to people) was completely at-ease with Felicia's warm, calm, engaged presence. I was working from home while Felicia watched our daughter, so I got to see how they interacted. Felicia was fun, enthusiastic, and spoke to our daughter like a little person- offering her choices and getting her input throughout the day. At the beginning of working together, I provided Felicia with a document with all of our daughter's routines and suggestions for outings. Felicia followed it exactly and asked for clarifications whenever she had questions. Each time she came, Felicia arrived with a plan for the morning and took our daughter on different fun outing each day. Finally, Felicia was an excellent communicator and very reliable. We are leaving NYC for awhile but if we weren't, we would 100% rehire Felicia. Thank you Felicia and all the best to you!
