About Estefania

I am a caregiver for the elderly by vocation, I am lucky to work in what I like since I take care of my grandfather who is diagnosed with cerebral thrombosis and that is why it does not feel like a job. My goal is to contribute to improving the quality of life of older people and their families and promote aging and an active lifestyle.
