About Erica

I'm looking for a job that hires me consistently, I think when kids find someone they love having watch them and have fun with them it can be a huge game changer for the family dynamic! I want to help families out like that! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old I would babysit for the neighbors little girls. I did that for about 3 years and then I went into the workforce. Once I was in the workforce I worked with kids on the spectrum for 6 years and did respite on the side. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my own 4 kids! We're in the new stage of teenage years so play looks a bit different! We're looking to do new things we all enjoy like escape rooms! My skills include that children naturally gravitate and talk to me. I'll be anywhere in public and somehow make a connection with a kid. I also have many years of experience and a masters degree in child development so I am well versed in anything a kid may throw at me!
