About Emma

The beginning of my sophomore year of high school I begun to realize I have a gift of connecting with seniors. So I started to volunteer at Via Christi, an assisted living and dementia facility. At the beginning I was not to sure if I wanted to continue, but I proceeded and began to love it. There I played cards, did activities, watched movies, did Sudoku, and eat ice-cream with the residents. I really loved going there and I would love to replicate the experience.
